Head of the Robotics Department (m/f/d)

As Head of Department (m/w/d) of the Robot Department, you take over the management and organization of a team of 15-25 employees. For the efficient programming and operation of our welding robots as well as for the processing and storage of individual parts, with the focus on quality, continuous improvements and optimal use of resources.

Management of the team and ensuring a smooth workflow and effective cooperation. Monitoring the programming of welding robots, compliance with work steps and quality standards as well as active optimization of processes. Organisation of the insertion of lasered individual parts in devices and the intermediate storage of processed parts. Maintenance and maintenance of tools and equipment as well as ensuring cleanliness and order in the department. Responsible for the safe use of industrial trucks and truck cranes as well as for the smooth organization of logistics processes.

Completed training in the metal sector, ideally with further training to the master/technician (m/w/d). Finded knowledge in welding technology and in handling robotic systems. Multiannual leadership experience and competence in team management. Experience in quality assurance and process optimization. Technical understanding of tools, machines and their maintenance. Communication strength, ability to solve problems and awareness of responsibility. Self-contained, structured working and an eye for details and quality.
