Interface between Technical Documentation (DOC) and project organization, including coordination of all relevant work packages Coordination, planning and control of DOC work packages in terms of quality, cost, time and contractual implementation Creation and continuous maintenance of appointment, cost and resource planning for all DOC-related work packages Defining the resource needs and coordination with the department on responsibilities and AP allocations Compilation of expertise reports using pre-specified reporting templates and derivation of evaluations and measures Support of the PM-IPS in specialist clarifications in contract negotiations with customers, partners and subcontractors Identification and documentation of improvements and process gaps, creation of interface documents, as well as ensuring the quality checks of external and internal services

Graduate degree in engineering, economics or comparable qualifications Comprehensive knowledge in Integrated Product Support (IPS), in particular in Technical Documentation Found experience with ASD S1000D, S2000M or comparable standards Safe in project management methods (classical or agile), ideally with certification (e.g. IPMA, Scrum) Professional experience in project management and preferably in marine, shipping, naval logistics or IPS processes Strong communication, team-oriented, responsible and conflictable Very good English skills in word and writing
