We are the team that, in close coordination with the fields of legal and certification, sets the course for compliance with all legal and internal requirements (technical compliance). These challenges include: Cooperation with the Communication and Training Strategy at the Center Operating Systems & Compliance@RD and participation in the management and coordination of new needs in the field of training and communication

Independent editorial creation of articles for the Mercedes-Benz Social Intranet – including research, content coordination with specialist areas and preparation of contributions

Support in the planning and implementation of communication measures, e.g. during events

Creative design and development of new communication formats as well as design of new designs and visual elements

preparing documents for management level

The activity can begin from June 2026.

Study of Media, Marketing, Communication Science, Business Engineer or comparable degree programme

Curiosity, enthusiasm for new topics and fun at team work

Quick conception and structured, independent working

Creativity, strong communication and contact skills and a good sense of visual design

Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Knowledge of design and content tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop or CapCut are advantageous

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Ideally, first experiences in the field of communication and qualification (e.g. as a tutor or through engagement in the honorary office)
