As part of the division “Supply Chain Management” of Carl Zeiss SMT GmbH, you will take over the group management of the group “Supply Chain Excellence Strategy & Digitization” as part of the division “Supply Chain Excellence” and, in coordination with the department manager, will continuously develop the E2E-Supply-Chain strategy and involve all relevant cross-disciplinary stakeholders.

They conduct a group with ca. 15-20 highly qualified employees and report to the Head of Division “Supply Chain Excellence”

They are responsible for the continuity and continuous optimization of the E2E-Supply-Chain process landscape with focus on operations and quality

They are responsible for the digitalization of the E2E-Supply-Chain processes and are driving digitization forward in close coordination with the Digital Transformation Office.

Their goal is to continuously and sustainably increase the efficiency and effectiveness of all departments of the department by optimizing and digitizing the processes.

You have a degree in economics or engineering

You have +5 years of professional experience with several years of experience in disciplinary and lateral guidance, ideally in the field of special machine construction, medical technology or aerospace

They have several years of experience in process management and digitization, ideally from E2E-Supply-Chain processes

They are characterized by analysis and enforcement strength
