As a guide (m/w/d) you take over a key role in pharmaceutical production. You are responsible for the quality of the preparation and encapsulation of our solid pharmaceutical forms. This includes in particular the following activities: You take responsibility for ensuring that all steps on the line are documented in a seamless and GMP-compliant manner – and thus contribute directly to the quality of our products. You operate and monitor our production line and ensure that the production process is stable and efficient with your attention to detail. You care that everything is right after product changes: from careful line cleaning to thorough cleaning to final release. You organize the daily routine on “your” line independently and ensure that material, machines and team play together optimally. You prepare the line for the production start, carry out start-up checks and ensure that we produce on time and in the required quality. You are the first respondent on the line, support colleagues in everyday work and pass on your knowledge in the incorporation and guidance. You recognize bottlenecks and potential for improvement at an early stage and actively introduce your proposals to continuously improve processes, quality and efficiency.

Three-year completed vocational training, ideally in the industrial and technical field, e.g. as a pharmaceutical branch (m/w/d), PTA/PKA (m/w/d) or from the food industry and trade Alternatively, a two-year vocational training with multiannual professional practice Professional experience in handling computer-assisted packaging and/or encapsulation systems as well as sound GMP knowledge of advantage Communication talent with a careful, structured and self-responsive way of working, as well as strong quality awareness with a view to details Joy of teamwork and organisational activities Ready for shift work (currently early and late from Monday to Friday) German knowledge at least on the GER level B2 in word and writing You don't meet all the criteria?
