As a judiciary (w/m/d), our executives and departments advise you on complex legal issues, develop practical solutions and represent the interests of the OOWV. You take responsibility in a future-relevant area of public services, actively design projects in the drinking water sector and accompany complex contractual negotiations. In addition, you will contribute your civil expertise in the creation and testing of contracts and contribute to the further development of our organisation and the protection of public infrastructure. You examine legal, legal and contractual issues, identify risks at an early stage and develop practical solutions that make our organization progress legally safe. You advise the specialist departments on legal issues, design and examine contracts and actively organise negotiations to achieve sustainable and legally secure solutions. You take over the legal interface function externally, manage cooperation with external firms and develop sound opinions and practical decision-making templates. You develop statute changes, create resolution templates and design procedures and service instructions to structure internal processes legally and efficiently. In addition, you will be responsible for our company-wide digital contract management as well as for the approval and signature control and will continuously develop the systems.

You are a full lawyer (w/m/d). At best you have relevant professional experience as a lawyer (w/m/d), corporate or administrative lawyer (w/m/d). Ideally, you have industry knowledge in the supply and disposal industry. Legal expertise in contract law, general civil law or public economic law is of advantage. You perform your tasks in a structured, solution-oriented and customer-oriented manner and are characterized by communication strength and team capacity. Enforcement and negotiation skills, as well as a high degree of decision-making and flexibility are the key features. Their knowledge of German corresponds at least to level C1.
