Trainee Sales International (m/f/d)

In our structured trainee program you will get to know all relevant sales areas – focusing on the Central and Eastern Europe region (CEE). You get comprehensive insights into our processes and build a strong network At our headquarters in Sinsheim you will learn about areas such as key account management and sales services, export, external services coordination and category management and will be trained as sales professionals You are part of international project teams and work on strategic growth and innovation issues. This is how you actively contribute to further expanding our position in Eastern European markets During your field assignments, you enter a customer district in Eastern Europe. You are on site with our customers, meet their needs and understand our business from the base to the top You will first and recommend evaluations, conduct market and competition analyses and take over the monitoring of relevant key figures to support our strategic decisions You support the analysis and further development of our sales processes and introduce your own ideas to make processes more efficient

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of business, management, international business, economic engineering or a comparable degree program. An already completed semester abroad is advantageous You could already gain first practical experience in sales, marketing, project management or in analytical tasks, for example through internships or student work. In addition, you are interested in process optimization, improvement management and are keen to actively shape and improve processes You speak German and English very well. Knowledge in an Eastern European language is a plus You are flexible and have a high level of readiness for international operations, especially in Eastern Europe You are strong in communication, have a good feeling for different cultures and pleasure in direct customer contact
