Employee Sales Inside Sales & Seminar Organization Training Center (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for our customers, advise them competently and service-oriented to our training and training offer and accompany them from the request to the implementation of the training measures. You support the organizational and commercial execution of our trainings, create offers, process orders and orders, and take the appointment and resource planning as well as the coordination of training appointments. Whenever it comes to voting with customers, trainers and service providers, you are an important interface. You support the coach coordination, tune your appointments and ensure all organizational requirements for successful training. In your position, you will provide training and customer data in our systems, update training offers on different platforms and ensure high data quality. As an interface between sales, training organization and customers, you can also contribute to the successful marketing and execution of our training offers. Last but not least, you will attend our training reception in the afternoon, be the first person to attend, trainer and guests, for a professional and service-oriented reception and support in general administrative tasks. With your commitment, you contribute to fulfilling our high quality standards in the 5-star certified training centre.

Completed commercial training, ideally with professional experience in the sales service, customer service, training environment or a comparable service area Experience in offering and order processing as well as in direct customer contact Secure handling of Microsoft Office, pronounced digital and technical affinity as well as good English knowledge in word and writing Very good organizational skills, a structured and independent way of working and enjoying representative tasks and a professional reception area Personally, we especially like your organizational talent, your reliability and your pronounced service and customer orientation as well as your friendly, binding and sovereign appearance.
