In order to support our team in the Bridge Competence Center and Construction Technology department, we are looking for you as a specialist (w/m/d) road construction technology concrete from 16.09.2026.

Technical support and handling of key issues of road construction technology with a focus on concrete construction and advice on internal and external stakeholders Development, maintenance and introduction of standards, performance catalogues and key requirements for tenders, quality controls and KPI-based control instruments Initiation and support of pilot projects, special topics and innovative technologies in the field of road construction in coordination with relevant specialist areas Representation of Autobahn GmbH in specialised bodies, working groups and specialist boards as well as ensuring knowledge transfer within the organization Technical support for complex infrastructure projects, in particular for design and execution planning, as well as the technical testing of offers and tender documents Assessment, monitoring and guaranteeing the quality of road structures through analyses, site visits, refurbishment recommendations and quality monitoring of ongoing projects Implementation of specialized training

Successfully completed academic studies (Diplom/Master) of the Department of Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering or Comparative Qualification, Expertise and Experience Long-year acquired professional experience (min. 3 years), in particular in road construction companies, engineering offices or in road construction administration with large infrastructure projects In-depth experience in the preparation/analysis of tender documents for construction contracts Knowledge of the relevant technical regulations (e.g. ZTV Beton-StB, ZTV Fug-StB, DIN standards), construction contract law, and other technical regulations Experience in construction monitoring, quality assurance or material testing Ready for occasional nationwide missions
