Reporting Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks: Responsibility for SEC and IFRS-compliant financial and capital market reporting including timely submissions and compliance with all relevant SEC and SOX requirements. Compilation and auditing of quarterly and annual accounts, including appendix data and management report (MD&A) and analysis of new regulatory and IFRS-related requirements. Coordination of XBRL reporting and maintenance and further development of reporting and disclosure tools. Close cooperation with internal departments, auditors and external consultants as well as technical advice of management. Participation in prospectus creations, due diligence processes and cross-departmental projects.

Take this with you: Successfully completed studies in the field of accounting, finance or a comparable discipline. Multiannual professional experience in accounting, financial reporting or audit, ideally in an international or publicly listed environment. Knowledge of IFRS accounting and capital market disclosure requirements. Experience in financial reporting of listed companies is beneficial. Very good analytical skills as well as pronounced detail accuracy and structured working. Secure appearance and communication strength in dealing with different stakeholders. Very good English knowledge of word and writing; German knowledge of advantage. Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Workiva/Wdesk) of advantage.
