Here you are involved in the creation of plan numbers and the subsequent interpretation of BWA. Cooperation with the Employment and Job Centres in Region 10, vocational schools, in particular in Ingolstadt, as well as other financial institutions such as the Bundeswehr or the Pension Insurance for the acquisition and implementation of labour market and educational services Networking with the relevant local actors, such as companies, schools Value-oriented employee management and promotion of the cooperation of employees in interdisciplinary teams Cooperation with the local works council together with the local management Participation in the creation of tenders in public tenders: You support the creation of concepts and are involved in pricing. Market-oriented further development of the offer for our target groups Control of quality assurance, organisation and management processes: You are involved in various processes in quality management (control circuits, internal and external audits etc.) and control the quality of the individual measures. You are also involved in various organizational and administrative tasks. For example, you are involved in the search for new rooms, their equipment and maintenance of existing premises. Your tasks include checking and releasing invoices.
