Analysis and development of distinctive, creative and cross-media content strategies and campaigns in German and English Development, design and implementation of our marketing assets according to Corporate Design (CI/CD) as well as planning and carrying out photoshoots (product, people, production), video productions and branding activities – internally and with external agencies Full control of all marketing projects including Coordination, quality control and ensuring the timely implementation of all measures in cooperation with the team Planning, management and control of the marketing project budget Leadership and development of our motivated marketing team in the field of content and design

Graduate degree with focus on marketing and Communication or comparable qualification – appropriate knowledge and skills can also be obtained in a different way Multiannual professional experience in Content Creation, Art Direction and/or Creative Marketing Creativity and a strong sense of design, brand management and photography High level of communication in German and English in word and writing Embossed team capability, reliability and high level of commitment Structured working and fun interdisciplinary cooperation
