Commercial all-rounder with a focus on accounts receivable management (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and versatile personality with a well-founded commercial experience and a strong sense of numbers, processes and communication. The position offers a varied mix of tasks – focusing on debitor management and space for independent work:

Proactive and solution-oriented customer communication: contact person: for connection customers and their end customers in the daily business. Service-oriented communication ensures smooth cooperation and promotes the development of long-term customer relationships

Debitor management with responsibility: Accounting and allocation of payment inputs, clarification of open items and contact persons for commercial and private invoice recipients

Demand management with fingertip feeling: Analysis and processing of open receivables and the management of solution-oriented discussions on the agreement of individual payment arrangements

Cross-departmental cooperation: Close coordination with sales, customer management, accounting and risk management to ensure smooth processes

Participation in process optimizations Active participation in the further development and digitization of internal processes in debitor management – with the aim of increasing efficiency, increasing transparency and improving service quality sustainably

Completed commercial training Multiannual practice in a commercial activity, such as debitor or creditor accounting or receivable management, with pleasure in direct customer contact – also on the phone Communication strength, negotiation skills and a solution-oriented mode of operation Rapid opinion High load capacity Independent, structured and careful operation Team skills Safe handling of MS Office
