You are a link between the department, the HCM system maintainer and the internal IT for pay accounting and organization management. You accompany the monthly billing - from the billing simulation to the analysis of billing and error logs to the reprocessing. You are responsible for our organizational management (OM) and visualize organizational changes quickly and consistently in the system. You accompany release changes, support packages and legal or other changes from a professional perspective and ensure their correct effect in the system. As a PMO, you take control of our SAP transformation: you plan and coordinate voting appointments, follow milestones in cooperation with the projet management and ensure transparency about the project status. You prepare project and control group meetings before and after, initial status reports and documentation and support in creating presentations and decision templates

Business studies with HR or IT reference or a comparable qualification with multiannual relevant professional experience Multiannual professional experience in the support of SAP HCM, ideally in in-house support or in a HR-shared service organization Funded application and process knowledge in the modules Organisational Management (OM) and Pay Accounting (PY) Knowledge of tax and social legislation Experience in cooperation or control of projects, ideally in or as PMO Analytical, structured and self-responsive operation with high solution orientation and attention to detail
