Head of Service Secure Communication & Monitoring (m/f/d)

You ensure a smooth service operation for products and complex systems in the field of electrical and communications technology (radio equipment, antenna systems, etc.) for customers from the military and authorities segment You actively conduct, motivate and develop your employees, identify and promote potential carriers and report directly to the site manager as part of the four-member core leadership team You create a performance-oriented and cooperative team and leadership culture and create an environment for continuous improvement You are responsible for maintaining quality, time and cost targets, creating budget planning and monitoring and reporting regularly on target achievement You continue to use and develop existing performance-measuring performance-measuring, implement measures to increase efficiency and implement them to continuously improve service processes You initiate, design and implement improvement initiatives and transformation projects in the context of organisational development and work closely with adjacent areas such as order management, development and sales

You have a successfully completed study with the focus on electrical or communication technology or a comparable training and further training in connection with higher professional experience You bring well-founded multi-year leadership experience in service departments or the production of devices/systems of news/radio technology with You ideally have a background from the engineering industry and already have experience in interaction with contracting authorities You have sound business management and project management skills as well as proven successes in the implementation of lean management methods and KPI-driven service processes You convince by solution orientation, analytical thinking, pronounced communication skills and a strong and team-oriented leadership personality German and very good English skills in word and writing complete your profile
