By gaining insights into the planning, ordering and control of the production of our pharmaceutical & nutritional supplements from the headquarters and, together with the team, ensuring the availability of these products The incoming goods deliveries are digitally monitored, matched with the order data and supported in the clarification of deviations Supports us in the processing and documentation of price and packaging changes of our products during product labelling and traceability Self-monitoring the stocks of our packaging materials and reorder them in time to avoid bottlenecks goods receipts in time to ensure a current inventory overview, as well as order confirmations and documents We are actively involved in the analysis of, for example, transport costs, as well as the preparation of reports and order proposals and agree with the team The MRP team supports administrative tasks to ensure an efficient process

A valid study in the field of BWL, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable study programme Plane and analytical strength, entrepreneurial thinking and excellent problem solving A quick conception, independent and structured working and coordination strength Reliability and teamability Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing A secure handling of MS Office applications (especially Excel) - first touch points with SAP S/4 HANA of advantage
