Senior IT Consultant (Inhouse) AI Automation & Copilot Agent - Befristet bis 31.12.2028 (a*)

Your main tasks include the active participation of the energy transition in Hamburg through the use of AI-based automation and assistance solutions. You will advise our areas of expertise in identifying, designing and implementing suitable applications based on Microsoft Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, Power Automate and other Microsoft AI Services. You unravel and implement intelligent agents and automation solutions that provide information, support business processes and make recurring activities more efficient. The technical implementation, integration and operation of AI-Low code solutions across the entire life cycle are your responsibility as well as the connection to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse and other business applications. In addition, you act as an interface between disciplines, IT, information security, data protection and external service providers, supports the establishment of standards and governance structures and actively introduces new developments and innovations from the Microsoft AI ecosystem.

You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.As many years of practical experience in implementing solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform, in particular with Power Automate, Power Apps and Copilot Studio, you will already bring. A good understanding of business processes and their digitalization through low-code and AI technologies is just as important as knowledge in modeling data structures in Microsoft Dataverse as well as in connecting data sources and APIs. In addition, knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Conversational AI, agent systems or chatbot-based solutions as well as basic knowledge of Azure services, such as Azure Functions, Azure AI Services or Azure Storage, are of advantage. Ideally, you also have experience with Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Knowledge Bases or AI-based assistance systems and convince by conceptual thinking, a structured and solution-oriented way of working, communication strength, team capacity and interest in a secure and data protection-compliant use of AI in the business environment.
