Our team supports the Defence & Security business unit in all commercial matters and look for reinforcement for our team!

Activity

• Processing and evaluation of tenders, offer requests and contract documents from a commercial perspective – offering scaling, risk assessment, pricing and coordination of contractual frameworks
• Participation in contract negotiations with public and private clients in Germany and abroad
• Takeover of project controlling and reporting including support of subcontractors in ongoing projects
• Coordination and communication with various internal stakeholders and specialist departments
• Ensuring correct accounting, managing open receivables and supporting annual and project accounts reports

Preconditions

• successfully completed studies of the business economy, economics, economic engineering, economic law or comparable; as an alternative, a completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk/man) with corresponding additional qualification
• First professional experience in the commercial supply and order processing as well as in contract management, e.g. as a working student / working student
• Very good knowledge in MS-Office (especially Word and Excel) and ideally knowledge in SAP (SD+PS)
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
