The CJD Kita “People’s Children” is a living kindergarten and family centre where children aged 2 are accompanied with a lot of heart, structure and professional competence until they enter school. The focus here is on security, relationship and individual development.

In everyday life, we combine education and binding in a value-adding way. Every child is seen in his personality and accompanied in an environment that gives safety and promotes curiosity.

As part of our team, you will create a place where children can grow, experience family support and experience educational work at eye level.

Your New Task

• Pedagogical accompaniment of children aged 2 to 6 years in Kita everyday
• Planning and implementation of creative, playful and development-promoting offers
• Individual Promoting the social, emotional and cognitive development of children
• Design of the Conciliation according to the Berlin reconciliation model
• Confidential Cooperation with parents in family work
• Creation of pedagogical documentation and development reports
• Active cooperation in the team and co-design of the Kita everyday and common processes

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a **teacher (m/w/d), nurse (w/m/d)* or comparable qualification
• Experience and Freude at the educational work with children
• Value-estimating and sweet companion of children in their development
• Reliable, restrictable and empathic Personality
• Teamability and Promotion for active participation of Kita everyday
• Identification with Christian values
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
