Support for digital time management, employee-slf-service and HR management system Personal administration from onboarding to offboarding Creation of employment contracts and employment certificates Preparatory pay and salary billing as well as examination of the invoices made Ensuring administrative personnel processes Digitalization and participation in the optimization of processes Representation and support in recruiting – from tendering to recruitment Takeover of special projects in HR

Professional training, ideally with a focus or additional qualification staff or a comparable professional qualification professional experience in the said area of responsibility or relevant knowledge from a comparable position Knowledge of the applicable regulations in German labour law, social security and certification Hands-on mentality and high problem solving capability as well as planning strength Embossed team skills and communication strength Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Class B driving licence and occasional readiness to travel
