Your task: lift the user experience to the next level – through smart concepts, sophisticated design and a sense for the small details that make big.

You immerse yourself in the world of our users – with surveys and usability tests you will find out what they really need. You're making ideas of experienceable concepts – with Wireframes, Mockups and interactive prototypes, you're bringing your vision to life. You test and improve – through targeted usability tests, you will find out where we can become smarter, clearer, more intuitive. You think like a user and plan like a designer – with Personas and Journey Maps you create real added value along the entire user experience. You participate in design reviews, get feedback and work closely with development and product management. You bring fresh wind into the design – through competitive analyses and a fine feeling for trends, you make sure we stay at the heart of time.

You have completed your studies in the field of computer science, graphic/communication design, or comparable training, and you have first practical experience as a UX/UI designer – ideally you have worked in the industry for several years and can bring your skills directly. Design is more than just looking pretty – you understand what users need, and think in solutions, not just in layouts. You have an eye for detail and a sense for the whole – whether microinteraction or holistic user experience. You have experience in building and developing design systems – and you know how to create consistent, scalable user interfaces. Tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch are your creative playground – you know how to use them specifically. Confluence and Jira are familiar to you. You love working in the team, sharing yourself and developing even better ideas together. You have good language skills in German and English.
