Your area: Commissioner/Commissioner of the Budget - BdH Our area deals with financial management and planning within IT.NRW. We ensure that budget resources are used efficiently and that all budgetary requirements are met. Our internal customers are the various departments of IT.NRW. Ministries, supervisory authorities and auditors are our external partners. We create and maintain the business plan for IT.NRW, develop processes for the use of funds and monitor the financial framework of the state business. Our team consists of experienced budgetary and financial experts who work closely with different stakeholders to ensure efficient budgetary control.

Your main activity: You shall support the delegates of the budget in the following tasks: budgetary and economic issues, cross-border projects and coordinating activities in the fields of household, finance and controlling. You create budget and economic plans and reports and analyses. In addition, check and process financial applications and monitor budget funds. You advise and support specialist areas in budgetary and financial matters. You cooperate with other stakeholders, in particular with minsteries and supervisory authorities. You are responsible for the creation and further development of processes and guidelines in the domestic and financial sectors. You examine, process and monitor financial applications or budget funds.

You bring with them: Graduate degree in Economics, Administration, Public Management or in a comparable degree course Knowledge in budgetary and financial matters Secure handling of MS Office (ideally with Excel) Secure German (in Word and Writing) Also desirable are: Experience in the following areas: Creation and analysis of budget plans SAP FI/CO or comparable financial systems Cooperation with ministries and public administrations
