Structural engineering for the maintenance sector (m/f/d)

As a new engineer (m/w/d) in the Team Maintenance, you are looking for the national properties e.g. courts, offices and police services in the Kiel and Plön area. Projektmanager (m/w/d) Projektleiter (m/w/d) im Projektmanagement You will be in close contact with the users of the national properties You act as a link between regional and building management VOB collections will guide you, accompany them and use existing framework contracts or write new contracts You carry out independent repair measures (e.g., exchange windows and doors) of the performance phases 1–9 HOAI You take part in visits and in annual planning with colleagues from the state sector, e.g. on planned repair measures You derive appropriate follow-up measures from rehabilitation strategies Data (e.g. technical documentation, plans, acceptance documents) will be transmitted to various databases (e.g. CAFM) and the same for use.
