Employee Airfreight Export (m/f/d)

You meet the preparations and process export shipments in the automotive sector until the final handover to the operations incl. Quality Testing (QB)

You plan efficient transport and routing solutions

You calculate spot requests, select offers and enter customers throughout the entire transport process

You coordinate cooperation with airlines, handling agents, carriers and international branches

You are part of the Vertical Automotive, perform quality tests and work closely with Overseas teams

You track shipments, communicate proactively with deviations and process complaints

You enter the customers during the entire transportation period

You participate in the rotating 24/7 professional service

You have a completed special training or a comparable logistical qualification as well as several years of experience in air freight export

You bring safe knowledge of international export and customs processing and have experience in dealing with airlines, international customers and network partners You work routined with export and customs documents and

You master MS Office safely and have experience with Dakosy; Knowledge of CargoWise One are a plus

You have a valid reliability check according to Air Safety Act

You work structured, independent and reliable and convince by communication strength, team capacity and service and solution-oriented action – even under time pressure

You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
