You work in interdisciplinary construction project teams with different disciplines such as e.g. Civil engineering, supply technology and electrical engineering You provide planning services or partial planning services according to HOAI incl. Demand planning and possibly necessary feasibility studies You work in the selection and execution of freelance services with You are responsible for the control, quality and performance of externally commissioned engineering offices and exporting companies You work in the planning, awarding, control and billing of construction services

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the disciplines Architecture, Construction in Stock, Civil Engineering or Economic Engineering or a comparable degree Further requirements: Ideally, you have 2 years of working experience in the real estate industry, preferably in the field of civil engineering You have basic knowledge of HOAI and VOB Cross-departmental action is natural for you and you are happy to communicate with internal and external contact persons You have secure knowledge of the common Microsoft Office products You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) You have the willingness and ability to guide a Service-Kfz

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80.300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
