Student Assistant Employer Branding & Events (m/f/d)

Experience career fairs and events: dive into the entire employer branding journey – from career fairs and guest lectures to exciting projects and events throughout Germany. With your sense of the target group Young Talents, you contribute to making our employer brand visible, relevant and authentic. Design creative concepts: you develop creative event concepts and measures for the young talent target group, both for online and offline formats. You always have a look at the needs of the generations Z and Alpha and bring fresh ideas that inspire and move. Strength our Brand Ambassador Community: You support our internal corporate influencer program, research current trends, and create current and relevant content for our LinkedIn learning sessions, the internal newsletter and support in the planning of community events. Organization & Communication: You are in close contact with internal and external cooperation partners as well as service providers. In addition, you enter our Kununu presence and conduct a proactive, authentic dialogue with our online community. Analysis & Reportings: You start reporting and presentations, guide concrete action recommendations and support the further development of our target group-specific measures and processes.

Your educational path: You study in the Bachelor (3rd semester or higher) or in the Master, ideally in the fields of Human Resources, Business Psychology, Marketing, Communication or Event Management and have ideally already gained first experience in the areas of marketing, events or HR in the form of internships or student work activities. Your strengths: You have a sense of trends and target groups, you are passionate about employer branding, events and corporate influencing and score with your organizational talent and open communication. Your profile: You work independently, structured and reliable and bring new ideas proactively into the team. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
