You control applicant management via our BITE system and thus ensure a smooth and professional application process. Together with our company communication team, you bring fresh ideas, data-based approaches and modern tools to continuously develop our recruiting processes and employer branding activities. In addition, our team supports personnel development and recruiting in the field of continuing and continuing training management

You have a degree with a focus on human resources management, business management or a comparable discipline or have a successfully completed commercial training with a further training in the human resources sector. You bring relevant professional experience in recruiting and personal marketing. You are well aware of the independent control of recruiting processes. You have a good feel for different target groups, the appropriate recruiting channels and current trends. With your communicative and open way, you convince executives and colleagues in exchange and advise them competently. You bring their own initiative and enjoy developing new ideas and actively shaping recruiting processes. A structured, responsible and solution-oriented way of working and openness for modern recruiting tools are featured.
