Your tasks

Education:They convey the practical and theoretical contents of the household sector and guide the trainees in all relevant areas of work such as e.g. laundry, material management or preparation of food. At any time, ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards and provide the skills and knowledge defined in the training framework plan.

Promotion: You create individual learning and funding plans, accompany and motivate participants during their training and prepare them specifically for exams. You document the progress of training and support the personal and professional development of trainees.

Network work & organisation: For the further development of our offer, you actively participate in team and case meetings and work closely with other educational professionals. They document training progress and ensure a smooth organization and implementation of materials and workflows.

Your profile

Qualifications:They have completed domestic vocational training, have successfully passed the training examination (AEVO) and have ideally already gained experience in the guidance of trainees.
