Strategic & operational overall responsibility. You assume the overall responsibility for the CEH business unit and tax its economic and strategic development with earnings responsibility for revenue, contribution to cover and EBIT. The Smart Catering, Event Gastronomy and Hotel business areas are guided by concepts, operations and sales and are responsible for the Smart Catering/Business Gastronomy business segment directly with a view to a sustainable development of the entire business area. Sales setup. You build high-performance B2B sales structures, gain new customers and locations and deliver standardized processes for sustainable development and long-term customer relationships. You understand yourself as an entrepreneurial leader and shape the further development of the business unit with strategic vision, sales strength and consistent earnings orientation. Concept and quality development. You continuously develop our smart-catring concept, align it with the requirements of the market and the needs of our customers, and use synergies in production, logistics, personnel and sales to promote quality, efficiency and sustainable growth. You lead your teams with empathy and clear target orientation, promote their further development and work closely with the central departments to ensure a successful and efficient organization.
