Machine operation: You use and equip our state-of-the-art CNC machining centers for series production of aluminum components. Process monitoring: You monitor the production process and apply correctively in case of deviations in order to minimize standstills. Quality assurance: You carry out regular measurement checks with common measuring instruments and document the results (worker self-check). Maintenance: You take over the tool change as well as simple cleaning and maintenance work on the systems.

Background: A technical training (e.g. as a machining mechanic, industrial mechanic or similar) is advantageous, but no need with corresponding experience in the CNC area Experience: Found practice in the operation of CNC machines and in the handling of measuring devices. Layer readiness: readiness to work in the 3-shift system (spring, late, night shift). Personality: Reliability, team skills and a conscientious way of working.
