The life workshop for people with disabilities is the leading social enterprise for people with mental disabilities in adulthood in the Heilbronnn-Franken region. We work with about 750 employees at nine locations from Heilbronn to Crailsheim in the fields of work, promotion, education and housing. About 1,500 people with mental disabilities are supported by us in the self-designed participation in social life. The Federal Disability Act (BTHG) strengthens the rights of people with disabilities and significantly improves their participation opportunities. This means a significant increase in pedagogical and nursing staff and thus more time for a person-centric accompaniment. They accompany people with disabilities throughout the course of the day and shape them together Your tasks include creative leisure and everyday design for our clients as well as business and medical care activities They are responsible for the implementation of our concept and develop indi­vidual accompanying plans for our residents. On this basis you will give them development opportunities and future-oriented life perspectives Their goal is to individually accompany the residents in such a way that they can make their lives as autonomous as possible
