As a restaurant manager F&B (m/w/d), you will be able to run the entire service area in Restaurant Schwarzer Hahn (excellently with 1 star Michelin / 17 points Gault Millau) and are the first contact for our guests and employees. Together with the chef, you will discuss new menu items and are also responsible for the compilation of the wine card and the purchase of wine together with our Chef-Sommelier. You always have a look at the budget. We trust you with the permanent and professional training of the service team. You go ahead with a good example, convince by skills and performance and your personality.
