You are a competent contact person for our executives and employees in all personal topics and questions You will start HR reports, ad hoc analyses as well as statistics and plan headcounts as well as personnel budgets in cooperation with the management and departments You support the analysis of the need for personnel development measures and organize further training for our employees You work trustfully with the works council You are responsible for recruiting and supporting our trainees and dual students You coordinate cooperation with group-wide recruiting and personnel administration and billing You work closely with our external partners and take over the management of employee transfer You implement cross-company HR projects in your local society

You have a successfully completed business studies with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification You have more than one year's professional experience as a human resource (all genders) and you have very good knowledge of labour law as well as the right of establishment You have practice-proven knowledge in SAP HCM and are safe to handle MS Office You convince by your team skills and your quick understanding You have an independent and result-oriented way of working and a hands-on mentality You have excellent communicative skills and convince by your professional appearance Very good German and English skills (level C1) complete your profile
