Head of Department 1822 Private Banking (m/f/d)

You implement the sales strategy of the 1822 Private Banking together with their team in a targeted manner and actively contribute to the joint achievement of the corporate objectives You accompany and coordinate the target agreements in private banking, continuously analyse the achievement of targets and develop appropriate measures together with the stakeholders. You initiate and organize interested parties and customer events to strengthen existing customer relationships and win new customers You maintain self-acquisitioned and selected, strategically important customers and play an active role in relationship management by building and developing trusted and long-term relationships with your customers You support the consultants:inside in sales tasks, share your expertise, give impulses for joint further development and thus promote sales success You actively contribute to the further development of the topics Generation Management and Foundations by optimizing consulting processes, deepening expertise and developing and establishing new approach concepts You analyze and assess the economic viability of business relationships, taking into account the respective risk situation You take over the leadership, control and motivation of your employees and support them in their professional and personal development. You have a completed qualification as a bank or savings bank operator:in or comparable training You have disciplinary leadership experience in a responsible position and understand how to steer and motivate teams in a targeted manner You bring well-founded sales experience in the private banking segment and are routined in dealing with wealthy customers:inside You have a pronounced acquisition strength and have the pleasure of winning new customers for themselves and the company A high understanding of services and a strong sense of quality You have comprehensive knowledge of the capital market and strategic financial management Your excellent sales skills will be targeted and completed You have a wide range of interests and are particularly enthusiastic about cultural issues and the public commitment of the Frankfurt Sparkasse You are willing and able to present and engage in public action
