You analyze size tables of different manufacturers, product groups and assortments and transfer them to consistent, comprehensible data models. You derive primary and secondary dimensions, size rows and figurative rules and document the underlying decisions. You develop initial size recommendations and optimierst classification and recommendation parameters based on body size, sample and scan data. You evaluate results professionally, statistically and with a view to their operational usability. You plan and coordinate sampling, scanning and validation processes – from preparation and logistics to consistent data collection to structured evaluation. You control the technical coordination in customer projects and clarify requirements, priorities, effort, cost frameworks, time planning and project scope with the relevant departments. You support offers, project plans, calculations and decision templates. You design technical and systemic requirements for internal developments and custom extensions. You tune digital platform functions, app processes, system interfaces and data sequences with software development and IT opponents. You accompany implementation, testing, introduction and productive use from a professional perspective. You design and moderate trainings, workshops or webinars and convey complex content to the address. You document knowledge structured and support its transfer into consulting, product development and the incorporation of new colleagues.

Complete studies or training in apparel technology, fashion design or clothing technology or comparable courses of study and comparable training. Multiannual experience in at least one of the following areas: consulting, customer projects, fashion product development, sizes and fit, clothing systems, body data or introduction of digital products and software solutions. A very good understanding of typical challenges and solutions around sizes, fit and body size-based data. A basic to good statistical understanding and the ability to thoroughly interpret body dimensions, distributions, evaluations and validation results. Methodological understanding of size recommendations, parameter optimization, classification logic and the limits of data-based methods. Experience in clearly structuring, documenting complex technical and technical content and presenting different target groups. Security in the professional leadership of cross-functional teams and in cooperation within matrix organisations. A responsible, quality-conscious and pragmatic way of working – even with changing priorities or incomplete information. Quiet, customer-oriented and result-oriented communication in challenging situations. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing in C1 level. Knowledge of 2D or 3D-fashion product development processes as well as the interfaces to quality assurance, sales or e-commerce are advantageous. Experience with solutions for body measurement analysis, scanning processes or size management is also welcome. You don't have to get out of any of these areas. It is crucial that you bring relevant experience, work safely into complex data and project topics and enjoy taking responsibility at the interface of people, clothing and technology.
