You can do that With your in-depth expert knowledge, you will develop and develop the professional processes in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay as well as Performance & Goals Management. For an optimal employee experience, you will assume the Group-wide responsibility for system configuration You design end-to-end processes, which from the outset reflect the data flows between SAP SF Employee Central and SAP SF Compensation & Variable Pay as well as SAP SF Performance & Goals Management In your role, you are the central contact person for our HR Product Owner and, together with them, meet important decisions about digitalization and standardization initiatives in the HR sector. You conduct interdisciplinary project teams and make sure that the projects are successfully completed With your look for innovations and optimizations, you will analyze the Employee Lifecycle, identify opportunities for improvement and integrierst new add-ons or Artificial intelligence

That's what you got Successfully completed university studies (Diplom, Bachelor or Master) of (economic) informatics, psychology or business administration Comprehensive knowledge and multi-year practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay / Performance & Goals Management in HR-IT or an IT business consulting Understanding adjacent modules (e.g. Employee Central, Succession & Development, Talent Intelligence Hub) Practical experience in designing and optimizing end-to-end HR processes Proofable expertise in project and program management (ideally with certifications such as PMI/PMP, IPMA or agile methods) and relevant experience with common PM tools (e.g. JIRA, MS Project, etc) Multiannual experience in managing at least 3 international rollouts and transformation projects with budgetary and resource responsibility Very good knowledge of legal framework conditions (especially data protection / GDPR) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
