Logistic Support Engineer (m/f/d)

You carry out logistics support analyses for complex communication and message systems in naval shipbuilding. You define preventive and corrective repair measures and determine the need for spare parts and special tools. For example, you’re referring to the LSA databases according to S3000L or MIL‐STD‐1388‐2B and ensure their data consistency. You perform reliability and error analyses to detect weaknesses at an early stage. You always take into account the customer-specific requirements and the associated maintenance concept. If necessary, you support the creation of the material conservation data according to ASD S2000M. You act as a link between system development and technical editorial and make sure that logistics data is correctly incorporated into the documentation.

You have completed engineering studies such as electrical engineering, communications technology, industrial engineering or comparable technical training, and you already have professional experience with a focus on logistics and maintenance. You have sound knowledge of LSA processes and common standards such as ASD S3000L or MIL‐STD‐1388. You have experience in handling analysis tools such as FMEA and performing reliability calculations. Ideally, you have already worked in the field of defense or naval shipbuilding and have gained practical repair experience. You can master German and English safely in word and writing. You work in detail, but you always keep the overall system in mind. You are self-employed, proactive, team-ready and have a high motivation for continuous training – also cross-comers are welcome.
