Sr. QHSE Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Further development of the central QHSE strategies, guidelines and standards as well as company-wide rollout of processes and specifications Monitoring of global QHSE key figures and deriving effective improvement measures Support of locations and local QHSE teams in complex situations, audits, quality and security incidents Implementation of cross-site risk analyses and development of measures for continuous improvement in quality, environmental and occupational safety Construction, maintenance and further development of the central management system incl. Tracking Corrective/Preventive Actions Preparation of regular QHSE reports and preparation of decision bases for management and global management Organization and implementation of training, workshops and Lessons Learned Sessions Working in internal projects (e.g. digitalization, process optimization) and supporting other areas as needed

Your profile

Complete vocational training or studies as a certified specialist in quality management, or health & safety, possibly long-term professional experience in the field of QM/Health & Safety regarding logistics, storage and transport Experience in design and implementation of a warehouse Comprehensive knowledge of applicable regulations and certifications, e.g. ISO Knowledge of Lean Mechanisms, CVP, Examination Techniques and Auditing Competence in problem solving techniques Good English knowledge in word and writing; French by Advantage An analytical, safety- and customer-oriented independent method Team skills in a multicultural environment Good SAP and Excel knowledge as well as experience in Warehouse Management Systems
