Creation and testing of international supply contracts as well as industry-specific agreements in legal terminology with the involvement of relevant business areas in accordance with the applicable governance for sales contracts Content and time control of the professional clarification of contractual contents as well as consultation of contract-responsible persons including preparation of argumentation lines for customer discussions and negotiations Implementation of contract processing (e.g. audit, risk summary, release control, documentation) using a Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLM) Participation in the further development of the CLM system as well as high readiness to be incorporated into digital tools and processes (e.g. testing, workflow control, templates) Analysis and assessment of contract deviations, including the identification of possible basis of claim drafting of contract analyses and KPI reports (e.g. Deviation Reports, Cycle Times) as well as deriving and implementing measures for process improvement; Takeover of special topics Ensuring the operational implementation of all processes in contract management and continuous development of the processes taking into account the governance for sales contracts Conception and implementation of targeted training on contract-relevant topics as well as care of tutorials, Clause Libraries and best practices

Successfully completed studies of the Department of Economics or Law Alternatively: Successfully completed commercial or legal training Extensive and multi-year job-relevant practical experience Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP Very good communication, moderation and organizational capability Own initiative and willingness to perform, as well as an independent, structured and result-oriented approach Analytical and methodological skills and a good understanding of technical and economic relationships Very good knowledge of English and Spanish in word and writing Further foreign language skills desirable readiness to travel
