Daily business: You are responsible for the organisation and execution of the entire day-to-day business in cooperation with the management. Assortment design: You contribute to the design and implementation of advertising and sales activities. In addition, you are constantly developing the current range with the eye for detail. Objectives: You support the management of revenue, cost and inventory development. Quality: You pay attention to the quality of our products, professional goods storage and compliance with the applicable hygiene regulations. Guided tour: You are a contact person for the department staff and have fun managing and motivating a great team. Goods: The implementation of expert advice is not a problem for you, and you select a competent client:internal consultation and client:internal address. Passion: You live our corporate philosophy and want to successfully shape the future with us.

Training: You have completed vocational training in food retailing and experience as department, branch or market management. Passion: You have fun dealing with the customers and foods as well as enjoying the sale and customer advice. Experience: You convince us with first leadership experience and the ability to individually promote and demand different people. Leadership: You have already gained experience with personnel deployment planning and with digital programs of time recording (Pep Balance). IT affinity: You are familiar with the typical computer systems (e.g. MS Office). Quality Conscious: Quality is just as important as us. HACCP identifiers are advantageous.
