Your cooperative cooperation ensures optimal care quality and professional support for our customers You support the complete staff management in your area. This also includes personnel planning, assessment and development You are significantly involved in our outstanding care quality You ensure the continuous development of quality management and the seamless implementation of current care knowledge Implementation of individual training in (e.g. professional advice in care, transfer techniques, fall prophylaxis) Establishment and systematic collection of aid needs Creating an Individual Anamnese Guide, (SIS) Support of the team in all technical and organizational areas Service talks, care consultations according to SGB XI §37 para.3, employee talks, advice in the field of external and internal services Participation in nursing degree management

As stellv. Nursing or a permit to lead the professional name “Health caregiver” and nursing caregiver, “age caregiver”, “care professional” desirable a degree, e.g. bachelor care management, or are you in training or in possession of the further education for care management according to SGB XI. You already have a sense of responsibility in senior activity or want to acquire it. You have very good knowledge of legal bases (e.g. SGB XI) You place great emphasis on the best possible optimization of internal processes and have a wide range of expertise You have the ability to team-oriented, constructive interdisciplinary cooperation You are distinguished by their targeted and solution-oriented mode of operation, are also flexible, efficient and resilient You have a sensitive and respectful handling of help seekers and their relatives You identify with our company You have more than basic knowledge of EDV (Outlook, Word, Powerpiont, Excel, Medifox) You have the license class B
