Senior Consultant Outsourcing/Third-Party Management & Regulatory (m/f/d)

Our inventory management system is the heart of our insurance company – flexible, configurable and central to Adam Riese's product and process landscape. You make sure that this system runs stable, is further developed and is optimally adapted to our products and operational processes. This is not about software development or classical programming, but a deep understanding of how our system works, which set screws exist and how to build efficient processes and good user experiences from them.

You are responsible for managing our outsourcing and service provider portfolio and are committed to strategically important outsourcing. You control the entire service provider life cycle – from selection and commissioning to completion of cooperation. You monitor Service Levels (SLAs), analyze deviations and take appropriate measures. You carry out regular service and performance reviews and create meaningful reports for management. In the areas of risk management, IKS, compliance and data protection, you continuously develop processes and requirements. You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, in particular in the context of DORA and VAG. You are a central contact person (m/w/d) for management, departments and corporate interfaces and promote a trusted cooperation.

You have several years of relevant professional experience (ideally 7 years or more) and enjoy a diverse range of tasks. You work quickly into complex topics and convince with structured, pragmatic and high-quality solutions. You have strong coordination and communication skills and keep an overview in a complex stakeholder environment. You bring well-founded knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, in particular DORA, VAG, risk management, compliance and data protection. Project competence and experience in mentoring and knowledge transfer are advantageous. You like to work across areas and appreciate partnership cooperation. You are ready to learn, open to feedback and value a valuable team culture.
