You are responsible for the initiation, implementation and maintenance of all location-related personnel recovery activities to win the best talents for our company Ensure an excellent Candidate Experience throughout the Recruiting Process and support the evaluation and optimization of processes, procedures and measures You are responsible for and controlling the entire recruiting process – from job alerts to onboarding – for various functions and business areas, including the direct address of suitable candidates You will also identify top talents through diverse recruiting channels such as social media, online portals and external agencies The implementation of telephone interviews as well as personal interviews in the selection process is also in your field of activity You advise managers and candidates in the selection process competently and always with a view to the current labour market You build talent pools and networks and continuously cultivate them to ensure long-term professional and junior security

You have a successfully completed (specialized) university degree with a focus on business management, economic psychology, human resources or a comparable discipline. You bring first professional experience in a relevant area, ideally in the recruitment and selection of personnel, as well as in the design of appropriate processes You are routined in dealing with popular MS Office applications Preferably you have a social media affinity and experience in dealing with recruiting tools such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms A pronounced communication strength, service orientation and team skills are characteristic for you You have joy in dealing with people, are enthusiastic and convince by your positive radiance Their mode of operation is independent, reliable and always result-oriented You are fluent in German and English to ensure both national and international communication
