Number: MER00044V6 In the team AI Strategy & Governance, we actively shape the AI Transformation in the Sales & Customer Experience department. Our focus is on driving the use of artificial intelligence through strategic initiatives, enablement measures and targeted communication. Together with internal partners, we create the conditions for employees to be able to use KI safely, efficiently and value-making in their daily work. These challenges include: Support in the planning, preparation and implementation of AI Enablement and Community events (e.g. workshops, trainings, campaigns)

Own-sponsored takeover of work packages in the field of AI Communication & Adoption

Content Creation for AI-related communication formats (newsletter, announcements, campaigns)

Conception and implementation of content for the social intranet page

Preparation and preparation of presentation documents

Participation in the design and development of enablement and communication formats

Support for AI Mindset, Awareness and Adoption initiatives

Cooperation with various stakeholders in the company

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Studies in Business, Communication, Media, Informatics or Similar

Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation and Change Themes

First experiences in content creation, communication or event organization

Secure handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint)

Very good knowledge of German and English

Structured, independent working and high level of learning

Creativity, Communication Strength and Team Skill
