Own processing and control of orders in Germany and abroad with due dates

Coordination with internal interfaces and direct communication with our customers

Monitoring of order status and timely loading

Creation and processing of export documents (e.g. ATR, export declarations)

Processing of hazardous goods processes (limited quantities, Kl. 2 + 3, ID8000)

Organisation of air and sea freight shipments

Cooperation with authorities (ICC, customs) and external service providers and forwardings

Support for administrative tasks in daily business

Participation in training, in particular in the area of hazardous goods management

Successfully completed training, e.g. as an industrial or forwarding merchant or comparable qualification

Ideally first professional experience in export and customs processing

Good English knowledge of word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook

Structured and reliable operation – even with increased workflow
