Designs: You take responsibility in strategic supply management, select suitable partners and develop them further – as a basis for long-term, reliable relationships with Wilo. Participation: You accompany development and industrialization projects on the purchase side, bring your perspective early and ensure that cost, quality and time targets are matched. Cooperations: You work closely with production, operational purchasing and supplier quality management, support delivery and quality problems and ensure that our products remain available worldwide. Optimize: You identify cost optimization potentials, implement measures and make a measurable contribution to achieving the purchasing and performance targets – so keep You can use our processes efficiently in the river. Proceedings: You take into account sustainability and ESG inspections in the purchasing strategy, visit suppliers, accompany audits (travel activity about 25%) and actively support the implementation of our sustainability goals.

Know-how found: You have a successfully completed university degree (Master / Diploma) in engineering, economic engineering or in the business sector – or a comparable qualified professional experience – and have first practical experience in an industrial environment of large-scale production in the field of mechanics. Analytical strength: You have pronounced analytical and conceptual skills, think critical, question the best and develop solutions that prove themselves in practice. Communication that connects: You bring very good English knowledge in word and writing, get up safely and communicate clearly and value-estimating – both internally and externally and across different interfaces. Working style with responsibility: You work independently, structured and responsibly, keep an eye on dynamic phases and ensure that commitments are met and objectives are achieved.
