in parttime for 25 hours a week, 15 hours indefinite and 10 hours indefinitely with the prospect of a future period

In our offer “Additional Parents” we support mothers/parents with a predominantly mental impairment in the exercise of their parents, with the aim of enabling them to live as independent as possible and self-determined as a family. You bring:

· A completed training in the social/pedagogical or nursing sector

· Professional experience in the field of integration assistance or in the field of child and youth assistance

· Secure appearance and good communication skills

· Team skills

· Willingness to reflect on your own work

· Joy and ready-to-use combined with time flexibility

Your tasks include:

· Instruction and support of families in the life-structural field and as independent as possible care and education of their child / their children

· Guidance and support in building a sustainable parent-child relationship

· Promoting self-responsibility and self-employment in the role of parents

· Protection of child welfare

· Support and support of personal developments of families

· Conflict and reflection of the joint work in the team

· Support for housing assistance needs
