Your tasks include:

• Customer support in enquiries about products and services
• Support in solving customer requests
• Commercial activities in ongoing sales projects
• Collection and processing of orders
• Order processing
• Maintenance and updating of relevant data in the system
• General administrative tasks in everyday office
• Coordination with the areas of purchasing and warehouse logistics

What you should bring:

• A completed commercial training
• Ideally first experience in the sales environment
• Routinized handling of MS Office programs Word, Excel and Outlook
• For communications and correspondences: secure knowledge of German as well as good English skills in word and writing
• Structured work, initiative and Responsibility
• Teamability and a positive, cooperative attitude
• Communication joy and service orientation in handling Kund
