In your role as Senior Project Manager, you assume the overall responsibility for interdisciplinary and international development projects in the field of our 3D tracking technology You control complex hardware and software developments from the first product idea to market maturity and ensure that technical, regulatory and economic goals are achieved With strong leadership skills, you will lead development teams as well as cross-site interface teams and ensure structured project planning including time and budget control You ensure a standard project documentation and ensure compliance with MDR and relevant ISO standards – from the requirement definition to regulatory approval At professional level, you communicate with internal and external stakeholders, report regularly in defined bodies about the progress of the project and escalate critical topics targeted within the global organisation.

A successfully completed university degree in the field of medical technology, electrical engineering, computer science or comparable qualification forms the basis of your technical expertise Multiannual experience in international project management, ideally in the medical environment or in a technology-driven industry, distinguishes your professional career Finding knowledge of Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and relevant standards such as ISO 13485 will certainly apply in practice Thanks to your strong communication and conflict management skills, you act sovereignly at all hierarchy levels and keep an overview in a global matrix organization. Very good knowledge of German and English as well as the readiness for international business trips complete your profile; a project management certification (e.g. IPMA or PMI) is advantageous
