As Finance Business Partner (m/w/d), you act as a savings partner and co-pilot for the project and support of the project manager in financial terms. Furthermore, the planning and processing of projects with high complexity fall into your task area. Following tasks await you:

• Sparring partners and co-pilot for the project and support of the project manager in financial terms
• Planning and processing of projects with high complexity, focusing on milestones, financial project management, defining target costs, monitoring costs, including opportunities and risks and customer contact management
• Responsibility for the commercial reporting of the project in the relevant committees (EAC), as well as the creation of price details for the commercial offer
• Monitoring the performance of the contract and, where appropriate, the performance of subcontractors
• Development and negotiation of offers or contracts with high contractual complexity
• Creation of complex transversal calculations for internal offer and project release (RMC)

We wish:

• A completed university degree in business, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the financial sector, in commercial project execution, as well as in contractual and customer-related complex environments
• knowledge in financial areas (treasury, accounting, taxes, controlling) with a deep understanding of the interfaces between the financial sub-areas required, as well as knowledge of (inter)national contractual law and experience in complex contractual negotiations required
• Proactive, targeted and structured working methods and a high level of readiness to learn as well as resilience and flexibility and strong communication skills as well as a team-oriented working method
• German and English skills
• Tools: MS-Excel, MS-Office, SAP, Tools and Frameworks (Waterfall, Agile / Scrum) required
